Hosting & server logs
When you access this site, the hosting provider processes technically required data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, user agent). Legal basis: legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Retention
Personal data is deleted when the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

1. Provider and scope
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern use of the VURAX platform.
(2) The provider is VURAX UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“Provider”).
(3) The platform is intended for the purchase, sale and exchange of collectible cards between users.
2. Subject matter of the contract
(1) The Provider operates an online platform on which users may offer, acquire and trade collectible cards.
(2) Purchase contracts are concluded exclusively between the respective users (buyer and seller).
(3) The Provider is not itself a party to purchase contracts.
3. Registration and user account
(1) Use of the platform requires registration.
(2) Users must provide truthful information.
(3) Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials.
4. Acceptance of the GTC
(1) By completing registration, the user agrees to these GTC.
(2) Consent is given by active confirmation in the registration process.
(3) Use of the platform is not possible without consent.
5. Offers and contract formation
(1) Sellers may post offers on the platform.
(2) Purchasing an item forms a binding contract between buyer and seller.
(3) The Provider does not warrant the content of offers.
6. Payment processing (Stripe Connect)
(1) Payments are processed via the external payment service provider Stripe.
(2) The buyer pays the purchase price directly through Stripe.
(3) After payment is received, the purchase price is initially held.
(4) Payout to the seller occurs only after the buyer confirms receipt or after a reasonable period has elapsed.
(5) At no time does the Provider hold customer funds in its own accounts.
(6) Stripe’s terms also apply to payment processing.
7. Fees
(1) The Provider charges a commission of 2.99 % to 8 % of the sale price for sales.
(2) Additional fees charged by the payment service provider may apply.
(3) Fees are taken into account automatically on payout.
8. User obligations
(1) Users may only post lawful content.
(2) The sale of counterfeit or unlawful items is prohibited.
(3) Users must describe their offers truthfully and completely.
(4) Sellers must ship sold items properly and on time.
9. Shipping and delivery
(1) Shipping is carried out by the seller.
(2) The seller is responsible for shipping and handover of the goods.
(3) The buyer must confirm receipt after delivery.
(4) In case of issues, buyer and seller must first seek an amicable solution.
10. Liability
(1) The Provider merely provides the technical platform.
(2) Responsibility for purchase contracts, shipping, delivery, condition and authenticity of goods lies solely with users.
(3) The Provider is not liable for:
- failure to conclude or perform purchase contracts,
- loss, damage or non-delivery of shipments,
- incorrect information from users,
- authenticity or quality of offered items.
(4) The Provider’s liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
(5) This does not apply to:
- intent or gross negligence,
- injury to life, body or health,
- mandatory statutory provisions.
(6) The Provider is not liable for disputes between users.
11. Disputes and release of payment
(1) In disputes between buyer and seller, the Provider may mediate at its discretion.
(2) There is no right to a decision by the Provider.
(3) The Provider may temporarily withhold payout in the event of a dispute.
(4) The final decision on the purchase price rests with the parties involved or the payment service provider.
12. User verification
(1) Verification of the user account is required for buying and selling on the platform.
(2) Verification is carried out via external providers (e.g. Stripe or other identification services).
(3) The Provider may restrict or exclude users who have not completed verification.
(4) Users must provide correct and complete information as part of verification.
(5) If misuse or fraud is suspected, the Provider may require re-verification or block the account.
13. Account suspension
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts for breaches of these GTC.
14. Changes to the GTC
The Provider may amend these GTC at any time with effect for the future.
15. Final provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
(2) Venue is, where legally permissible, the Provider’s registered office.
